Leah Robilotto, NCC, LPC-A, is a dedicated professional in the mental health field with a unique focus on women's mental health. Holding two Master’s degrees—one in Psychology and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—she is well-equipped to assist individuals and families facing modern-day mental health challenges. Leah’s passion lies in supporting women through caregiving, life-threatening or chronic mental and physical illnesses, and athletes experiencing mental blockages. She specializes in anxiety, depression, mom burnout, relationship issues, and eating disorders. Her approach emphasizes the importance of building healthier relationships and creating supportive environments outside of therapy, which is a distinctive aspect of her practice.
Leah spent half her career in corporate America, witnessing firsthand the struggles that women face in their daily lives. She understands the stress and anxiety of balancing the roles of mother, wife, and busy professional. Leah experienced this herself when she had two small children, one with a chronic illness and the other with ADHD and sensory processing disorder. Finding no adequate resources to help her family, she realized that many other families were facing similar challenges. This led her to leave the corporate world and pursue further education, earning two master’s degrees. Now, Leah assists individuals and families on their journey to becoming mentally healthier and happier.
