Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to enhance client management quality, maximize satisfaction, and promote cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle. Clinical Administrator duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
- Handle case assignments, onboard new clients, manage insurance coverage, update back-office documents and client’s electronic charts
- Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc)
- Help clients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with team members throughout the entire case management process
- Arrange notifications with social services, health and governmental agencies when necessary
- Take the extra mile and interact with clients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction and appropriately document
- Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
- Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
- Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and HIPAA and other regulations
ECO-HEALTH Therapy Requirements
- Willingness to learn the therapy process and multi-task operational needs for the clients and therapists
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, internet and learn the basics of case management principles in the EHR.
- Some experience with therapy and the practice.
- Effective communication and written skills
- Not intimidated by contacting other providers and discussing client needs and networking to find solutions
- Willingness to do marketing activity and work with the team to help promote the business
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and work independently/self-starter
- Compassionate with teamwork skills
